H.E. Sheikh Fahad bin Mohammad bin Jabor Al Thani has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doha Bank since 1996. Since assuming this role, he has spared no effort in driving the bank’s development and expanding its market share. Under his leadership, Doha Bank has achieved substantial growth in its asset portfolio and revenues. Thanks to his vision and dedication, the bank has become a leading institution among regional and international banks, earning numerous national and global accolades.

H.E. Sheikh Fahad bin Mohammad bin Jabor Al Thani has received several prestigious awards, including Best Chairman in the Banking Sector in Qatar by Global Banking and Finance. He was also honored with the Arab Golden Coin during the Oscar of Arab Banks in 2013. In addition, he was named Banking Character of the Year 2005 in recognition of his pioneering contributions and achievements in the banking sector both locally and regionally. He is regarded as one of the most prominent businessmen in Qatar and across the GCC.

H.E. Sheikh Fahad graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom and previously served as Military Attaché at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in London.
