Rafik graduated from Sagesse University in Lebanon in 2010 and completed his postgraduate studies in 2012. He was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2011, and subsequently represented the Association in the Arab Lawyers Union competition for the Best Legal Research held in Jordan in 2012, where he was awarded third place. Additionally, he won first place in a legal research competition organized by the Beirut Bar Association on Lawyer’s Day.

 

Throughout his distinguished career, Rafik has actively participated in mock trials, serving as a defense representative, and has authored numerous legal studies and research articles that have been published in reputable legal journals. In 2016, he established his own legal practice in Lebanon, and today he is a partner at the Middle East Law Firm, with offices in Qatar and the UAE, as well as at Al-Madmoun Law Firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

 

Rafik’s professional development has been marked by continuous engagement in various legal seminars and specialized training courses, particularly in the areas of arbitration, contract drafting, and tax law. He is a certified arbitrator with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce, and has made significant contributions to the legal field, including drafting, and submitting legislative proposals in Lebanon and participating in the legislative process within the Lebanese Parliament.

 

Currently, Rafik is collaborating with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce on initiatives aimed at amending and standardizing conditions for land, sea, and air transportation. His diverse expertise and commitment to advancing legal practices have established him as a highly respected professional in the region.
